  • To streamline communication with artists, our preference is to use email, including for submission of entry forms. For those who would prefer not to use email, please indicate with x in the box, on the main entry form (sheet 4), if you would prefer to use Australia Post

Additional Information

  • To minimise costs & maximise the funds available to Rotary projects, we are changing some of the Art Show entry processing, please take care to read:
    • Prize Categories, see page 1
    • Conditions of Entry, see page 2
    • Check List Below
    • Information on the Entry Form including payment option, see page 4
  • Note especially that we will not be mailing out numbers for artists to attach, we will allocate numbers & attach these to the artworks on receipt. Art Works must however be clearly labelled with a title that is the same as the title shown on the entry form
  • Where possible we will communicate with artists by email so please ensure that an email address is supplied if available

Check List

  • To ensure the security of all artist’s work, please follow instructions from Rotarians when delivering or picking up paintings
  • Acknowledge that the entry fee is non-refundable
  • Ensure your paintings conform to the size, framing , hanging & medium requirements
  • Are your paintings protected with good quality carry bags with your name on it?
  • Acknowledge that cheques for any sales are posted within 4 weeks of the art show closure date in the IIB
  • Be aware of the entry closure, delivery & pickup dates & times in the IIB
  • Check all the art show entry form details are complete including the GST & contact details which are important in the event of an inquiry
  • Ensure that Art Show entry fee payment is made, in accordance with one of the two options specified at the bottom of the entry form
  • Read & Understand the conditions of entry and sale
  • Critically assess the sale price on your work
  • Be aware of the distance requirements for some prize categories
  • Please supply your email address where available
  • Please note that mail deliveries are taking longer & allowance should be made for this
